What this website collects
This website does not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not have user accounts.
When you send the contact form, your name, email, company (if you give one), topic and message are delivered to us by email from this website's server. The website does not keep a copy.
What is stored in your browser
To remember your choices, the site saves three small preferences in your browser's storage: light or dark mode, sound on or off, and the last position of the sun animation while you move between pages. They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
Third-party services
The typefaces are served from this same website. No third-party font service is contacted when you visit.
The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep the form free of spam. It loads only when you start filling in the form; Google then receives technical information about your visit (such as your IP address and browser) and how you interact with the page, under its own Privacy Policy and Terms.
The company that hosts this website may keep standard technical logs (for example, IP address, date and requested page) to operate and protect the service.
When you write to us
If you write to us by email or through the contact form, we receive the information you choose to include: usually your name, email address, company and the details of your inquiry.
We use it only to answer you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep it for as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by writing to hello@endorconsulting.com. We will answer within a reasonable time and in accordance with the data protection laws that apply to you.
Security
We protect the information we receive with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date at the top shows the latest version.
